Does anybody know of any UK art galleries where I can find work by Hiroshige or Hokusai?
Hiroshige and Hokusai were Japanese woodblock printing artists.
The Victoria and Albert has some.
There is a small gallery (a shop really) – the Japanese Gallery – on Kensington Church Street (nearest tube Kensington High Street) which deals in Japanese wood block prints. I have seen works by the artists you mention in there sometimes. This gallery offers many happy hours of browsing amongst gorgeous prints by many different artists – and some of them you could actually afford to buy.
